Satisfaction or Money Back Guarantee on Tangible Items
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 15 days of receipt and we will refund to your account 100% of your money excluding shipping costs. no questions asked.
After 15 days:
All Sales Are Final. Sold items can be returned only for defective replacement. If the item you receive is not in working order, simply return it within 25-days of receipt to Master Plans for an exchange or, if the item is no longer available, a refund. If the 25 exchange period has past we will not be able to process a refund.
Non Tangible Items:
Digital downloads are not protected by money back guarantee as we have no methods of detecting the removal of the software.
